If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Our 30 Day Guarantee  

  • We give our customers 30 days to try out Good Paws Pet Supply products completely risk free. If you are not satisfied within that time frame, contact us at info@goodpawspet.com for a full refund. 

  • The cost of your order will be refunded once the returned bed arrives at our distribution center.

    • We unfortunately do not cover the cost of shipping the product back; the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping cost. 

  • The 30 Day Guarantee does not cover damage

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  1. The product was purchased within the last 30 days.

  2. The product has no signs of damage (caused by you or your pet).

  3. You have the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase. We are unable to accept returns of purchases made from third-party retailers.

  4. We do not cover return shipping fees.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Exchanges

If your request is made after the 30 days return period, you may be eligible to exchange for a different product. 

Processing Returns 

  • The first step is reaching out to our returns team at info@goodpawspet.com

  • Once you are approved for your refund you can ship your products to 9220 Bonita Beach Rd SE #102, Bonita Springs, FL 34135. Do not send your order back until you have been directed to do so by our team.

  • The cost of the bed will be refunded to your original payment method once the package reaches this location. 

Shipping

We do not credit original Shipping Charges.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately.

Wrong Address

It is the responsibility of the buyer to be sure that the correct shipping address is entered. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact our support team within 24 hours of placing your order if you believe you have provided a wrong shipping address.
